Fixed an error with Shred damage being adversely affected by Savage Roar.

Added a 'Mangle, Shred x times, wait, Rip' cycle to more accurately model extra Shreds due to low cycle time.

Added error checking for cycles that don't work well with specific stats (i.e. the cycle would drop cycle time below the minimum or not generate enough combo points in the cycle time).
